Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age and location: You may open an Account only if you are at least 18 years old and ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom. Access to the Website is ring-fenced for the UK market; players from Prohibited Jurisdictions, including the USA, most EU countries and Australia, are not permitted to use the Services. We may use IP checks and other technologies to block access from such locations.
  • Legal capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales and that you are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any other person.
  • Age and identity checks: We are required by UK law and UKGC regulations to verify that you are at least 18 and that your identity details are accurate. We may request information and documents such as copies of your passport or ID card, proof of address, payment method documentation and evidence of source of funds. Until verification is completed to our satisfaction, we may restrict or suspend your Account, including the ability to deposit or withdraw.

Creating an Account

  • Registration process: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address in the UK and contact details. You must confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies.
  • Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address by clicking on a link sent to you. We may also require mobile phone verification or other electronic authentication measures.
  • Single account policy: You may hold only one active Account for the Website. Opening multiple accounts, whether directly or indirectly, is prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and, where permitted by law and regulation, winnings derived from them.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy and updates: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout the life of your Account is true, accurate and complete. You agree to promptly update your details (for example, address or payment method changes) via the Website or by contacting customer support.
  • Confidentiality of login details: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other credentials. You must not allow any other person to access your Account or use the Services on your behalf. Any use of the Services under your login details will be deemed to have been made by you.
  • Security measures: You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your Account details have been compromised or that there has been any unauthorised use of your Account. We may, at our discretion, suspend your Account while we investigate.
  • AML and source-of-funds checks: To comply with AML obligations, we may request additional documentation regarding your source of funds and wealth. If you fail to provide satisfactory information or we reasonably believe that your funds may be linked to criminal activity or regulatory breach, we may suspend or close your Account and, where required by law, withhold or seize funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Self-Exclusion and Safer Gambling

  • Safer gambling tools: You may set deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and other safer gambling controls via the Website. We encourage you to use these tools and to review responsible gambling resources such as https://begambleaware.org/.
  • GAMSTOP participation: As a UKGC-licensed operator, we participate in the GAMSTOP self-exclusion scheme. If you register with GAMSTOP, you must ensure that the details you provide to GAMSTOP match those on your Account. Once a GAMSTOP exclusion takes effect, we will take reasonable steps to prevent you from using the Services for the duration of the exclusion.
  • In-house self-exclusion: You may also request self-exclusion directly via the Website or customer support. We will confirm the duration and effect of your exclusion and will take reasonable steps to enforce it across the Website operated under Jackpot Mobile for UK users.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Game Participation

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet is considered placed when it is accepted by our systems and a confirmation is shown in the relevant game interface or your betting history. If there is a dispute as to whether a Bet was placed or accepted, the records on our systems, as audited and certified in compliance with UKGC Remote Technical Standards, will be decisive.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed in the game interface or Game Rules. You must not exceed these limits. We may adjust stake limits from time to time in accordance with applicable regulations and business needs.
  • Currency and rounding: All Bets for UK players are placed in pounds sterling (GBP). Winnings are credited in GBP, subject to any rounding rules specified in the Game Rules.

Bet Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions

  • Finality of Bets: Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed by our systems, it cannot usually be cancelled or changed by you. You should check that your Bet is correct before confirming.
  • Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious error or malfunction (for example, incorrect odds, erroneous pay tables, misconfiguration, system failure or a game not operating as intended), we reserve the right to void affected Bets, adjust balances to the correct amount and/or cancel winnings that were the result of such error. Where possible, we will restore your balance to the state it was in immediately prior to the error.
  • Game malfunctions: If a game malfunctions after starting but before completion, the result of the game round may be void. In such cases, we will refund the stake for the affected Bet or restore the Account balance to its state prior to the malfunction, in accordance with our regulatory obligations.

Fair Play, Conduct and Use of the Website

  • Fair play and prohibited behaviour: You must not use any unfair advantage, including but not limited to bots, automated play, software tools that manipulate outcome or game data, collusion with other players, exploitation of bugs or errors or any other form of dishonest conduct. We may monitor gameplay, transaction records and device data to detect such behaviour.
  • Live casino and chat conduct: Where live dealer games and/or chat functions are available, you must behave respectfully towards dealers and other players. Insults, harassment, discriminatory remarks, spamming, advertising, political or offensive content and any form of abuse are strictly prohibited. We may mute, restrict or ban users from chat, and in serious cases suspend or close Accounts.
  • Use for lawful purposes only: You must use the Website solely for lawful gambling for personal entertainment. You may not use the Services for commercial purposes, pooled funds, syndicates, arbitrage betting or any illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Game rules and RTP: You must familiarise yourself with the Game Rules and, where provided, the RTP information before playing. The Game Rules form part of these Terms and prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict relating specifically to game outcomes.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Promotional Terms: Each Bonus or Promotion will have specific conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, contribution weightings, time limits and any game restrictions. These conditions are set out in the Promotional Terms displayed on the Website at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Promotional Terms, the Promotional Terms will prevail in respect of that Promotion.
  • Eligibility and opt-in: Bonuses may be available only to certain players, for example new customers, existing customers, users who receive an email or SMS offer, or those who opt in via the promotions page. We may restrict offers on the basis of account history, safer gambling considerations or regulatory requirements.
  • One account, one offer: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Promotional Terms, each Promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, shared computer, payment method or device. Creating multiple Accounts or otherwise seeking to circumvent these limits constitutes Bonus abuse.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds and winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering requirements, meaning that you must stake a specified multiple of the Bonus amount, deposit amount or combined amount before such funds become withdrawable. The precise wagering multiple and applicable games are described in the Promotional Terms for each offer.
  • Game contribution: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slot games may contribute 100%, while table games or certain low-risk bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. The relevant contribution rates are specified in the Promotional Terms.
  • Time limits: Bonuses may have expiry dates or time limits within which wagering requirements must be met (for example, within a specified number of days from awarding the Bonus). If you do not meet the wagering requirements within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it may be removed from your Account.

Use of Bonus Funds and Restrictions

  • Order of funds used: Unless otherwise stated, Bets are usually placed from your Real Money Balance first, followed by Bonus Funds. The specific wallet structure and order of use will be explained in the Promotional Terms or the general Bonus rules on the Website.
  • Withdrawal restrictions: You may not be able to withdraw Bonus Funds or winnings derived from them until wagering requirements are fulfilled. Attempting to request a withdrawal before completion of wagering may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
  • Prohibited play and Bonus abuse: We reserve the right to withhold, reclaim or cancel Bonuses and associated winnings where we reasonably suspect Bonus abuse or irregular play, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies, hedging, placing equal or nearly equal Bets on opposite outcomes, using multiple Accounts or colluding with other players to exploit Promotions.
  • Combining promotions: Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked. If you have more than one active Promotion, the order in which Bonuses are applied and wagers contribute to each Promotion will be determined by us and explained in the relevant Bonus rules.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Permitted payment methods: You may deposit funds using payment methods made available on the Website for UK players, which may include debit cards, certain e-wallets, prepaid vouchers and bank transfers. We do not accept deposits via credit cards for UK players, in line with UKGC requirements. We do not currently accept deposits or withdrawals in cryptocurrencies unless clearly indicated otherwise on the payments page.
  • Ownership of payment instruments: All payment methods used to deposit must be in your own name. Use of third-party payment instruments is prohibited and may result in cancellation of deposits, voiding of winnings and Account closure, subject to regulatory obligations.
  • Deposit limits and safer gambling: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via the Website. We may also impose or adjust limits for safer gambling or regulatory reasons. Deposits are credited once approved by your payment provider and our systems.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal methods and processing: Withdrawals are usually processed via the same payment method used for deposits, where possible. Where this is not possible, we may offer alternative methods in accordance with our procedures and regulatory requirements. We aim to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time, but processing may be delayed by KYC, AML or technical checks.
  • Verification prior to withdrawal: We may require completion of KYC and AML checks before approving a withdrawal, including verification of identity, address, payment methods and source of funds. If you do not provide requested information, we may cancel the withdrawal and suspend the Account pending completion of checks.
  • Fees: We do not normally charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, we reserve the right to charge reasonable fees in specific circumstances (for example, where you request an unusually high number of withdrawals in a short period or where your Account is largely inactive but incurs transaction costs), and we will notify you of any such fees before they are applied. Your bank or payment provider may independently impose charges.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Account Balances

  • Refunds of Bets and Bonuses: In cases of game malfunction, technical failure or obvious error, we may refund the stake for affected Bets or restore your balance to its pre-error state. Bonuses may be reversed or adjusted if they were credited as a result of a technical or configuration error.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a transaction with your payment provider, we may suspend or close your Account and recover any amounts owed to us, including any reasonable costs and fees incurred, in accordance with applicable law.
  • Negative balances: If your Account balance becomes negative due to an adjustment or error correction, you agree to reimburse any amounts that have been withdrawn or spent in excess of your legitimate balance. We may offset such amounts against future deposits or winnings, subject to consumer protection laws.
  • Inactive accounts: If your Account is inactive for an extended period, we may apply our dormant account procedures in accordance with UK regulations. Details of any applicable inactive account fees or procedures will be provided in a separate policy or section of the Website.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: We are committed to providing Services that comply with UKGC Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice and Remote Technical Standards. Games offered on the Website are tested and monitored for fairness by us and, where applicable, by independent third-party testing laboratories.
  • Accuracy of results and records: We use reasonable care and skill to ensure that game outcomes, bet settlements, balance calculations and transaction records are accurate and processed correctly. In the event of discrepancy between your records and our records, the latter, as independently audited, will be deemed authoritative.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Events beyond our control: We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, communication outages, power failures, technical failures of our systems or your equipment, denial-of-service attacks or force majeure events.
  • Technical issues and interruptions: While we endeavour to keep the Website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security updates or regulatory reasons. We are not liable for any loss of winnings or opportunities that could have been gained during periods when the Website is unavailable, save that we will rectify or refund Bets affected by malfunctions in accordance with these Terms.
  • Maximum liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Services (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed, in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents, the amount of the Bet, Wager, Stake or funds in your Account directly affected by the relevant issue.
  • No exclusion for certain losses: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
  • Personal responsibility for gambling: You acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for your decisions to Bet or use the Services. We do not provide investment, financial or legal advice. You should never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names (including jackpotmobi.bet), software, databases and underlying source code, are owned by us, our group companies, licensors or third-party suppliers.
  • Limited licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions on Use

  • Prohibited activities: You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, broadcast, display, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent.
  • No data mining or scraping: You must not use any automated system or software (including robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers or offline readers) to access, copy or extract data from the Website for any purpose other than legitimate, personal use of the Services.
  • Trademarks: The "Jackpot Mobile" name, logos and related marks are trademarks of Grace Media group companies or their licensors. You may not use any such marks without our prior written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy reference: We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on the Website. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, the legal bases for processing, how long we retain it and your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Regulatory and AML requirements: We may share your personal data with regulators, law enforcement agencies, payment providers, AML service providers and other third parties where required by law, to comply with UKGC requirements, to prevent fraud or to protect our legitimate interests, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • Your responsibilities: You must ensure that all personal data you provide is accurate and up to date. You should review the Privacy Policy periodically, as it may be updated from time to time, including during 2025, to reflect changes in law, regulation or our processing activities.

Changes to Terms

  • Right to amend: We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or regulation, requirements of the UKGC, updates to our Services, technological developments or business needs.
  • Notification of changes: Where changes are material or affect your rights, we will provide appropriate notice, which may include email communication, on-site messages, banners or pop-ups on the Website. The updated Terms will specify the effective date, which will not be earlier than the date of publication, and will be set with reference to the ongoing 2025 operational period where applicable.
  • Acceptance and continued use: If you continue to use the Website or the Services after the effective date of updated Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the Termination & Suspension section.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by You

  • Account closure request: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via the methods described on the Website. We may ask you to confirm your request in writing or through a secure online process.
  • Withdrawal of funds: Upon closure of your Account at your request, we will, subject to AML, KYC and regulatory checks, pay out any remaining Real Money Balance to you using an appropriate payment method, unless we are required or permitted by law or regulation to withhold such funds.

Suspension and Termination by the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension or closure: We may suspend or close your Account, and withhold or void Bets and/or Bonuses, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
    • you have breached these Terms, the Game Rules or any Promotional Terms; or
    • you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible to use the Services; or
    • you are located in, or using the Services from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or
    • you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, cheating, Bonus abuse or other unlawful or improper conduct; or
    • you have initiated chargebacks or otherwise failed to honour your financial commitments; or
    • we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order or instructions from the UKGC or another competent authority.
  • Regulatory and AML requirements: In accordance with our AML and safer gambling obligations, we may suspend your Account while we conduct investigations or request additional information. During such suspension, you may be unable to place Bets, deposit or withdraw until the matter is resolved.

Effect of Termination

  • Funds on termination: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or by us), any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you, subject to any rights we may have to withhold or seize funds under AML or other applicable laws. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that have not met wagering requirements may be forfeited, where permitted by consumer and gambling law.
  • Access restrictions: After termination, you must not attempt to open a new Account. If you have self-excluded, you must not seek to circumvent your exclusion by creating a new Account or registering under different details.
  • Record retention: We may retain records relating to your Account, transactions and activity for as long as required by law, regulation and our legitimate business interests, including throughout the 2025 regulatory period and beyond where necessary.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Governing law: These Terms, your use of the Website and any contract between you and the Operator are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your place of residence within Great Britain.

  • Escalation to ADR (IBAS): If, after completing our internal complaints process, you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the dispute to our appointed ADR Entity, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), at https://ibas-uk.com/. This service is free for you to use. IBAS will review the dispute in accordance with its own procedures and may issue a decision which is binding on us, but not on you, unless you choose to accept it.
  • Right to court proceedings: You retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales regarding any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
